  Do not apply when the concrete have moist, you should be wait till concrete were dry at one  day  for often rooming and the new concrete should be 28 days age or more.
Be careful about the quality of Acrylic resin , it has many grade, it should be durable for different climate, ponding resistance and have moisture vapour transmission.

  How to preparing the substrate before apply the Waterproofing product, the quality and problems ?
The substrate should be examined for structural defects and any defects must be repaired. Surface must be clean, Free from oil and paint, All loose substrate should be removed because of 50 % of application problem substrate preparation especially the basement.
